Domestic Shipping

2. Our Delivery Services are on a Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days via Royal Mail unless stated at time of purchase as “Free Delivery”.
3. Royal Mail Tracked  -  £2.99 (orders under 2kg) 3-5 working days
4. Royal Mail Tracked  - £3.99 (orders over 2kg) 3-5 working days
5. The delivery will be fulfilled usually on the same day (from Monday to Friday) as receipt of your order (when placed before 4pm),depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of your items in the warehouse.
6. During evenings or weekends, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched.
7. For bulk items, we aim to dispatch goods within 2 workings days. Please leave 2-3 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. (For larger orders containing 15 items or more, please allow an additional 1-2 working days).
8. Shipping Restrictions: We may not be able to ship certain products to certain locations due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We will notify you if there are any shipping restrictions for your order.
9. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
10. If you fill in the wrong delivery data, it might cause delay or a missed delivery.
11. If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that royal mail will deliver to the delivery point.
12. If you provide a home address we can aim to Post item through letterbox. No signature required.
13. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have no received your order, please contact us.
